BuildTak Platform Surface - 3 Pack (H479/H480)

I have been printing with the supplied perf boards for about 18 months. the prints stick but the cleanup of the holes can be tedious. The BuildTak surface works as advertised. I have been able to reuse one of them repeatedly for a large job I am doing. I have printed with one sheet over 40 times and it is still sticking well, although a few bubbles have appeared but do not seem to affect print quality. I have been able to use it to print without raft, which I had never been able to do before, but it still can fail if the object doesn't stick well enough and the edges lift. What I like about them is that I can print, remove the sheet/perf board from the platform clips, remove the previously printed object in seconds, and re-install onto the platform with little loss of heat and be ready to print minutes later. Great when you are working large production orders as I am now. I have optimized the nozzle height and leveling on this one sheet, so I get consistent prints. I will begin to use the other 2 sheets when I get noticeable degradation of the surface or printed objects. This is the first solution I have seen that does not require elaborate or time consuming surface prep and I am sold on them.

This is a must have for the H800 along with the borosilicate glass. I had tried every method on the internet to get parts to stick better, and when this came out along with the glass plate, I can print with perfection.
