Replacement nozzle for extruder on the Afinia H-series 3D Printers, Model #s: H480-001 & H480-01, and ALL H479s.

Nozzle hole diameter: 0.40 mm

New nozzle works great!

Nozzles have crap that builds up and effects printing. This is an even bigger problem when using different plastics with different temperature characteristics. I now switch nozzles when I switch plastic. I clean the nozzles when not being used by soaking them in Acetone (Lowes) in a sealed baby food jar.

Printer nozzle on my printer jammed two days before I was to run a 3D printing workshop! I was able to remove the jam by melting the ABS out with a torch... BUT warped the nozzle in the process - I rush ordered another nozzle from Afinia - they were terrifically helpful and the new nozzle arrived the next day... just in time. Great customer service, great product. Perhaps the printer should ship with two nozzles in the first place?

Our first Nozzle had been working for almost a year and a half printing objects that my students have created. It was time to get a new Nozzle. Received the new Nozzle and works great.
